Filtering by User
There could be any number of reasons why you can't find a ticket.
First try filtering for "All Users".
Filter by ticket search
There is a search box o the top right of your list of tickets.
Type the ticket number, or part of the ticket number (usually the last 5 digits) into the search box.
In this case the ticket number was found. However, if searching on ticket number doesn't produce any results, search for another piece of data that you know about the ticket, e.g. job, work order, a location or the email address of the person that created it.
Filter by Status
If you cannot find the ticket - it may indicate that the ticket has expired. To check, switch the Status filter to Expired.
Filtering by Office
If the company you work with has multiple offices, try switching to "All Offices". This can be done in one click. The Offices Tab is located to the left of your company name on the top right corner of your screen. select the drop down list and "All Offices" appears at the top of the list.
