In order to take a ticket out of an automation, simply mark the ticket as “Completed.’ This means 811spotter will no longer automatically renew the ticket at the end of its life. Completed means that your company is essentially done with their work and can move on.
You can mark a ticket as completed several ways:
Open the ticket and click the Set as Completed button
2. Select multiple tickets in the main ticket list and click the Set as Completed
Note: Once a ticket is Completed, it will disappear from the ticket list immediately. To view the ticket, change the filter to show Completed tickets.
