Notification Centre columns vs 811spotter management columns

There are different columns on the ticket list - those that represent information from the call centre and others that are part of the 811spotter management layer.

The top columns represent information as it comes straight from the call centre (USA North or DigAlert system) - ticket number, revision, status, street, cross street, legal start date and expiration. These fields are not editable. They are indicated by the blue boxes below.

There is a management layer that allows you to turn columns on or off depending on the information you want to see in the ticket list. The gear to the right of the ticket list allows you to turn on and off columns to customize the look of the ticket list.

Choose which columns you wish to see by toggling on and off the columns.
