Personalizing your list of tickets by reorganizing

Updated over a year ago

811spotter has made it easy to personalize the look and feel of the ticket list - making it more efficient for the user. Organizing the ticket list in a way that works for the user is as simple as reorganizing the order of columns and turning columns on or off.

There is a settings icon on the right of the screen just above the ticket list and below the User's Name. The settings icon is indicated by the arrow in the screenshot below.

Clicking on this settings icon opens up a new window displaying a list of column names. Those that have checkmarks are the columns currently visible in the Ticket list view.

Toggle on or off the columns you wish to be visible and show as much or as little information as you want to see. Columns you wish to be visible are indicated by a checkmark.

In addition you can choose to see all of the tickets in a more compact form (25 to the page) without scrolling. There is a check box at the bottom of the list of columns that contracts the spacing to thinner rows. A checkmark indicates the thinner spacing is activated.
