811spotter has two perspectives available to you:

Tickets – Tickets is where you manage the details of the tickets including any automations (like renewals), notifications and documentation. When 811 location requests are recreated in your regional notification center, they appear here.

Jobs – Because tickets don’t belong to people, they belong to jobs, 811spotter has a jobs perspective where you can group tickets together for combined management. If you think about, Jobs also exist before any tickets are created, they have documentation and processes around them to make sure steps are taken before any work happens in the field.
