After you create your 811spotter account, the first thing you should do is update your user profile and password. Here's how:
Open the app and log in using the credentials that were sent to you when you created your account.
Go to the top right under your name and click on the down arrow. You'll see three options: My Account, Company, and Sign out.
Select My Account.
Click the Profile tab, where you'll see the following fields: Name, Mobile Phone, Company Email and Secondary Email. To edit a field, click the edit icon. Note: Company Name is not an editable field.
Click Save after you edit a field.
Next, select the Password tab to change your password.
Enter your current password, which was sent to you when you first created your account.
Enter a new password, then click Change password.
Your password is now changed!
