Setting up your profile and password in 811spotter

After you create your 811spotter account, the first thing you should do is update your user profile and password. Here's how:

  • Open the app and log in using the credentials that were sent to you when you created your account.

  • Go to the top right under your name and click on the down arrow. You'll see three options: My Account, Company, and Sign out.

  • Select My Account.

  • Click the Profile tab, where you'll see the following fields: Name, Mobile Phone, Company Email and Secondary Email. To edit a field, click the edit icon. Note: Company Name is not an editable field.

  • Click Save after you edit a field.

  • Next, select the Password tab to change your password.

  • Enter your current password, which was sent to you when you first created your account.

  • Enter a new password, then click Change password.

Your password is now changed!
