Assigning a Job to a Ticket

How do I assign a job to a ticket?

On the Ticket Tab select a ticket or a number of tickets you wish to assign a job to.

The ticket must be highlighted blue in the check box to the left of the ticket number as seen in the example below:

Then at the bottom left of the form is a "Assign Job" button. Clicking on this tab opens the Assign Job tickets form:

Click the arrow button on the right to display a list of possible jobs, then select the correct job you wish to assign to the ticket.

Once selected the job, click the save button.

Your ticket(s) has how been assigned to a job!
