Changing sort order and highlighting columns

Updated over 2 weeks ago

There are 12 different columns of information in the 811spotter Ticket List. You can highlight important columns. Let's review each one and its relevance.

Ticket number

When you request to dig, that request is assigned a ticket number.

Revision

The revision refers to the number of times a ticket has been renewed or re-mark requested. Instead of renewing a ticket you can ask for a 're-mark' (which requires members to go on site again). both a renew and a re-mark increase the ticket revision.

Each ticket has an expiration date. If work is still being done the ticket needs to be renewed for as long as the project is in progress. The example below shows the ticket X134800730 has 3 revisions and is shown as 03X.

Safe to Dig?

This column has three icons telling you important information about your ticket, whether it is ok to proceed Ticket: All Clear Icon appears Green, whether action is required from any member (icon will appear with red or yellow - requiring action from a member and then the Field icon at the bottom showing whether its ok to proceed in the field.

Renewal

Each ticket has an expiration date. In California a ticket is active for 28 days (from date of issue) and expires after that. If work is still being done the ticket needs to be renewed for as long as the project is in progress. Tickets can be renewed 2 days before they expire.
