Set up routing rules in web Outlook to automatically forward ticket confirmation and member response emails from your local notification center to [email protected].
Note: you will need to set up routing rules for each notification center you with.
Please use the emails below for routing.

Follow the steps below to create Outlook email rules for 811spotter.
After logging into Outlook, go to the menu, click on Rules and select Create Rule.
Ignore the initial wizard that appears and click Advanced Options.
For step 1 of Advanced Options in the Rules Wizard window,
Change the “from” field to [email protected] and
Change the “received in a specific date span” field to 60 days ago. You may need to scroll down to find the “received in a specific date span" field.
Changes are made by selecting the rule with a check mark and changing the highlighted value below.
For example, here's how to change the "from" field:
You should see a result similar to the following:
Scroll down to change “received in a specific date span” field.
Note: please only go back only 60 days from today.
You should see a result similar to the following:
Click Next to continue to the next step.
Forward email to [email protected] by selecting the field “forward it to people or public groups” and changing the people or public groups to [email protected].
You should see a result similar to the following:
Click Next twice, then Finish to name the rule and run it for emails already in your inbox.
Click Finish. You should see some activity in your Outbox.

Troubleshooting
Having trouble getting the email rule to work? The most common reason: if you moved the 811 emails out of your inbox to another location. If this is the case, then:
Run the rule manually by clicking Manage Rules & Alerts.
Select Run Rules Now, then select the new rule.
Click Browse and select the top level, which is your entire mailbox.
Note: if you moved the emails to an offline folder or another location, select that location.
Click Run Rules Now and note the Run in Folder location.
You should see the following dialog and emails in your Outbox.
Click Close.
